Global accounting firm adopts "3 Levers" model

After two successful pilot workshops, global accounting firm BDO have given the go ahead to roll out a series of Sales Leadership workshops around each of the offices and business units in the UK.

The workshops will focus on the Intrinsic Values "3 Levers" model and will engage Partners and Directors in putting together cogent sales plans at all levels in the organisation.

The BDO leadership team is keen to create a more unified approach to sales planning and to encourage a common language amongst partners and director when talking about sales strategy.

Follow-up workshops with manager grade staff will see individual sales plans being created and assessed at all manager levels.
